The Turkish Studies-Educational Sciences (ISSN 2667-5609) is an international, peer-reviewed journal publishing original research. Please see the journal’s Aims & Scope for information about its focus.

Establishment: The journal was separated from Turkish Studies (ISSN 1308-2140) in 2019 and was established as a specialized subject journal.

Aims: The Turkish Studies-Educational Sciences (ISSN 2667-5609) aims to provide an open-access academic ground where researchers working in the field of Educational Sciences can share and disseminate their findings.

The main objectives of the Turkish Studies-Educational Sciences are stated as below:

-By including the studies in the field of Educational Sciences, “articles, book reviews, and  symposium evaluation“ become accessible to the academic world,

– To be an academic reference source that provides qualified and correct information about the field,

-To share particularly with Turkey and the entire world the progress and alteration in the field of educational sciences,

-Along with open-access journal system (Open Access System) feature, allows to be scanned by more databases and indexes, in addition to this provides easy and unlimited access to scientists and at the same time to its readers,

-By using open-access journal system, databases, indexes, and DOI number (Digital Object Identifier) allows for the prevalence of articles in Turkey and around the world and enhances their reference ratio.

Scope: Turkish Studies-Educational Sciences is an international refereed journal that publishes studies in the field of Education Sciences.

Categories of Manuscript: The Turkish Studies-Educational Sciences publishes studies such as research article, review article, theoretical article, opinion article, case report, opinion letter, teaching practice, translation), meeting abstract, book review, legislation review, decision review, film review, conference paper, and short communication.

  

Frequency/Period: From 2023, the journal publishes four issues (March, June, September, December). The Journal publishes a maximum of 40 articles in each issue.

 

Primary Language: Primary Language is Turkish. The language of articles can be English, Russian, German, French.

 

Submission: Submitted manuscripts must not have been published previously nor be under consideration for publication elsewhere. Electronic via the Web only: The journal only accepts submissions via the Web at https://turkishstudies.net/education-yonetim

 

Article Publication Charges (APCs): The journal does not charge an Article Processing Fee (APC), regardless of the acceptance/rejection condition.

 

Peer-review system: The journal uses a double-sided blind review system. The referee list is published on the web page at the end of each year.

 

Plagiarism Screening: The unpublished article is archived in the journal system. The scanning price of the unpublished article is deducted by intihal.net, and the remaining amount is returned to the author.

 

Article DOIs: Articles are assigned DOI-numbers.
